Eric was great to work with. Very knowledgeable on the home-buying process. He quickly set me up with their system to begin browsing at properties in my spare time. That really helped me narrow my focus by location, home size and price. Within a few days, we were out looking at properties. From there, everything else was very smooth...quickly found a place to my liking and began the negotiation process. This is where having a realtor was most helpful. It was reassuring having a professional alongside with my best interests in mind to help me complete the deal while still making sure I was making a good purchase...something I'll be happy with for the next several years.

Eric was awesome in my quest to buy a house. It was difficult to find one, because I was looking for a duplex not only for me to live in, but for my parents to use the other side as a second home, and there just weren't very many options out there that weren't trashed or otherwise unsuitable in the area I wanted to live in. But he soldiered on, and eventually we found exactly the house. And when we put my condo on the market, it sold in less than a week for $8000 more than the listing value, and he had already talked me up $15,000 higher than I guessed I could get for it. I was pleased all around, and he was helpful and awesome through the whole process. I don't want to move again, but if I do, I'll definitely beg Eric to do the dirty work for me again.

Eric did extensive research to determine the appropriate list price for my house. He was very patient when going through paperwork and walked me through items that required computer use. As soon as the house was listed there were several showings. I accepted an offer of full price less than a week from the listing date. As a first time home buyer, I did not have a background understanding of everything required in purchasing a home. Eric was extremely flexible with his schedule from the very beginning. I travel for work, which can make it difficult to set up times for home showings. Additionally, he would follow up with the seller's agent in order to close the deal as quickly as possible.
