That really helped me narrow my focus by location, home size, and price. Within a few days, we were out looking at properties. From there, everything else was very smooth. We quickly found a place to my liking and began the negotiation process. This is where having a realtor was most helpful. It was reassuring having a professional alongside me with my best interests in mind to help me complete the deal while still making sure I was making a good purchase, something I'll be happy with for the next several years.
