Eric was great to work with. Very knowledgeable on the home-buying process. He quickly set me up with their system to begin browsing properties in my spare time. That really helped me narrow my focus by location, home size, and price. Within a few days, we were out looking at properties. From there, everything else was very smooth. We quickly found a place to my liking and began the negotiation process. This is where having a realtor was most helpful. It was reassuring having a professional alongside me with my best interests in mind to help me complete the deal while still making sure I was making a good purchase, something I'll be happy with for the next several years.

But then on the buying side, he was patient, never pushy, understood what we wanted well, and helped us find our home in an area of town that he was unfamiliar with. Eric is very laid back but very good at closing other realtors. We highly recommend Eric as a real estate agent. Will use it again when the time comes.
